Who: Ph.D. students + Post-docs in STEM (Undergrads welcome to come and learn as well—the role is open to PhD-holders who earned their degree within the past 5 years)

The Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) is the U.S. Department of Energy agency that funds outside-the-box, transformational energy technologies.

ARPA-E is looking for the next generation of scientific leaders to help identify potential breakthrough energy technologies. If accepted to the prestigious, two-year, paid ARPA-E Fellows Program, you will have the opportunity to engage with world-class researchers in academia, industry, and government. Working with them, you can bring your own creativity and innovation to bear on the greatest energy challenges of the day.

If you are a U.S. citizen and either possess a doctoral degree or are currently enrolled in a doctoral program and plan to graduate within the next year, we want to hear from you.
