The BCLA Annual Biotech Summit is BCLA’s flagship event. This year, the Summit will be held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to continue providing an accessible platform for all stakeholders in biotech, during a time when many individuals and entities are experiencing financial hardship.
With a well curated program including a high profile keynote speaker, two panel discussions, breakout sessions and networking components, we will engage our diverse membership base to foster career advancement and promote collaborations between researchers and industry leaders. This year, our program will create conversations around COVID-19 and its impact on the biotech industry and on communities in Los Angeles.
Biotech Connection Los Angeles (BCLA) is a project of the 501(c)(3) non-profit Community Partners. We are an organization run by academics and biotech professionals from all over Los Angeles and our mission is to inspire, educate and connect emerging scientists and entrepreneurs to grow and diversify biotech in LA. Los Angeles is home to renowned universities and research institutes producing top talents and exciting innovations. We are passionate about making our city a major biotech hub!
