As a consultant at Deloitte, you’ll work side by side with innovative and strategic thought leaders and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving world of business. Deloitte is currently looking to hire full-time Finance and Supply Chain consultants.

Finance Consultants/Senior Consultants

  • Finance Consultants / Senior Consultants will work with teams on activities such as the following:
    • Advise CFOs, CIOs, and COOs on how to enhance their organizations, systems and processes
    • Define our clients’ organizational, financial, innovation, and growth strategies
    • Tackle our clients’ most pressing issues within talent, cost, performance, technology and real estate management
    • Enhance client’s business performance, productivity, and long-term profitability by designing and implementing our clients’ roadmap to the future.
    • Lead our clients’ exploration and application of emerging digital technologies, such as Blockchain or Machine Learning
  • Qualifications
    • MBA, Master’s in Finance, or related degree in process (with expected graduation no later than Fall 2020) or completed in these or related areas of study
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
    • Strong academic standing
    • 4+ years’ work experience in consulting for corporate finance and/or a relevant industry
    • Preferred experience with Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Suite, OneStream, TRIRIGA, SAP, Trimble Manhattan, and/or Tableau
    • A solid understanding of finance organizations and/or processes
    • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio and other presentation/analysis tools
    • Ability to travel 80-100%

Supply Chain Consultants/Senior Consultants

  • SCNO Consultants / Senior Consultants will work across a wide variety of industries and teams on activities such as the following:
    • Define and implement enterprise, customer and operating model strategies, while measuring operation performance
    • Transform the “heart of the business” and advise clients on standardized procedures and tools for global operation
    • Build models, policies, practices, and procedures for complex value chains
    • Advise clients on how to gain competitive advantage, grow their business and achieve cost and margin targets
    • Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences by leveraging advanced analytics, digital, and cognitive technologies
    • Manage large-scale projects in a collaborative environment with client and Deloitte team members
  • Qualifications
    • MBA or Master’s degree in process (with expected graduation no later than Fall 2020) or completed in these or related areas of study:
      • Supply Chain
      • Operations Research
      • Logistics
      • Manufacturing
      • Engineering
      • Business Analytics and Information Management
      • Management and Data Science (e.g., machine learning, applied statistics, etc.)
    • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)
    • 2+ years of relevant work experience; preferably in a large company
    • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain Strategy/Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, Product Development, Logistics & Distribution, or Lean Operations/Manufacturing
    • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
    • Technical proficiency in Tableau, SQL, MS Access, Python and/or R, Internet of Things
    • General understanding of programming languages and agile software development life cycles
    • Ability to travel 80%
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
