On-Campus Interviews:

Employers manage their own interview schedules. Please only schedule interviews with currently enrolled Viterbi engineering students. Once you check in with the Viterbi staff member at your location, share your schedule with them so that they can check in your students.

Arriving on campus:

• Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first interview time to allow for parking, walking, finding your location, and checking in.
• Check your location. Review the USC Campus Map below to navigate to your interview location. Ronald Tutor Hall (RTH) is a separate location from Tutor Campus Center (TCC).
• Enter USC campus at the Downey Way Entrance - Address: 3640 Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90089
• Provide the parking code to the parking attendant along with your Trojan Check for the day to receive your parking pass.
  • If you do not get the parking pass to leave on your dashboard, you will get a ticket. Please only enter the Downey Way entrance and check in using the code provided to you.
• Enter the parking garage on the right-hand side after entering the Downey Way parking entrance to campus.
• Check in at your interview location, either:
  • Ronald Tutor Hall Suite 218 (RTH), 3710 McClintock Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90089
  • USC Career Center - Tutor Campus Center (TCC), 3601 Trousdale Pkwy, Los Angeles, CA 90089

• Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your interview start time to allow for parking, walking, finding the room, and setting up.
• Enter USC campus at the Downey Way - Address: 3640 Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90089
• Show your parking reservation code (you will receive this code closer to the event date) to the attendant to receive a parking pass.
• Drive to the Downey way parking structure  (Shown as the white star below).
• Park in any non-reserved space, and place your parking pass on your dashboard.
• Check-in at your location and you will be shown your interview room(s).
  • Please pay attention to your location and the map below to locate your interview rooms. You will either be located in Viterbi Career Connection: Ronald Tutor Hall Room 218, or USC Career Center: Ronald Tutor Campus Center.

• White Star: Parking Entrance, Blue P building is Downey Way Parking Structure.
• Orange Outline: Ronald Tutor Hall (RTH) RTH 211 and RTH 218 are located here.
• Pink Outline: USC Career Center, Tutor Campus Center. USC Career Center interview rooms are located here.

Payments due by the event date.

You will receive a final invoice after your registration on Handshake has been approved. While we accept both credit card and check payments, credit card payments are preferred.

• Pay your invoice at any time by going to Handshake
  

• Late payments will incur a $100 late processing fee.
• Checks must be received by the event date. checks can be mailed to:

Los Angeles, CA 90089-2900 <- You MUST include the inter-University mail code on all checks mailed for payment. If you do not include it, the check will get lost. 

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date, in writing to vcareers@usc.edu. Refund is only issued after cancellation in writing has been received. Any cancellations less than 7 days before the event will be billed for the full registration fee. No-shows will also be billed.
