Getting hired: it’s sort of a big deal. Luckily, Viterbi Career Connections is here to help with the Fall 2019 “How to Get Hired” series! This series, open to undergraduate Viterbi students, will teach you how to develop and apply key strategies to “Get Hired” while connecting with other students and Viterbi industry partners.
Each series session will feature a different professional development theme. Activities for student participants include employer-led presentations and discussions, online demos of career related resources, theme-based signature events, and open networking with industry partners.
Session Themes and Dates
- Sept. 4: Resumes that POP!
- Sept. 13: Recruit the Recruiter
- Sept. 27: Who Gets Hired?
- Oct. 4: Interview Success
Each session will take place from 2-5 p.m. at the Michelson Center. Students who attend all four events will qualify for an exclusive networking session with employers in October.
