Are you full of ideas and have a talent at building things fast? In the CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIST INTERN role, interns will be involved in a team to develop fast and creative prototypes for news products of the future. Examples can be a website plug-in to help people organize online knowledge, or a computer vision program to reveal the insights of NBA games, or some other ideas that you have.
As a creative technologist, interns will use their creativity with hands-on skills to build prototypes during the 10-week program at LA Times’ headquarters in El Segundo, CA. Interns will have the opportunity to closely observe the newsroom, understand the production workflow of newspapers, and then team up with another intern to brainstorm ideas and develop prototypes.
If this sounds like a great opportunity, be sure to apply on the LA Times website here.
