ModernGuild (MG) is partnering with top consulting firms and banks (including Barclays, Citi, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, Moelis, Nomura, Point72 and PwC) to reinvent entry-level recruiting. Through their unique matchmaking process, MG pairs students with their favorite companies.
The ModernGuild Accelerator is a 4-week, 1-on-1 virtual mentorship program that matches college students with trained industry coaches with deep industry knowledge and real-world skills ahead of expedited interviews with MG partners.
86% of the program grads have accepted an offer within 3 months of completion and many of them knew little about these industries when they began.
The training programs are currently offered across two industry tracks — consulting and finance — at no cost whatsoever to students. Following the two-week Virtual Career Fair, ModernGuild advocates on your behalf based on your company and position preferences. All students who match with an opportunity are then invited into a 2-week Accelerator designed to help you maximize your chances of landing an offer. You may participate from anywhere provided you have reliable internet access. You are expected to commit up to 5 hours/week to the experience.
