MyReaa is an AI-driven real estate technology company revolutionizing the property appraisal industry. We leverage artificial intelligence and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting, helping appraisers, developers, brokers, and investors make smarter, faster decisions.
We’re looking for a highly motivated USC student with strong coding skills to join our team as a Software Engineering Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO and contribute to the development of an AI-powered real estate appraisal platform.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coding and platform development (Next.js, SQL, Python, AI integration)
- Work on backend and frontend development as needed
- Support data integration from various property and financial databases
- Participate in testing and refining the AI model
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at USC in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related program
- Strong coding skills in Next.js, SQL, and Python
- Experience with AI models, APIs, web scraping, or machine learning is a plus
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for AI, real estate tech, and automation is a plus
