Job Summary:
The Junior Full-Stack Developer will be focused on understanding EvolveNXT’s software infrastructure and actively building front-end and back-end components, as our product continues to evolve. Developers will be responsible for writing code and maintaining the clean documentation associated with it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new features for highly scalable web applications using SQL Server
- Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation
- Collaborate closely with the QA team to conduct thorough code reviews and ensure robustness of deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Debug and troubleshoot code issues to maintain application integrity and performance.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Work Experience: 1 – 3 years of prior work experience
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with building and maintaining scalable web applications using SQL Server
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for performance
- Preferred skills / languages: HTML, SQL, Jquery, Javascript, CSS, React
- Soft Skills:
- Independence, bias towards action, ownership-mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment with limited guidances
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
