Why Stars?
Every organization has unique recruiting goals. The star system gives you the flexibility to design a strategy that aligns with your priorities—so you can invest in the activities that matter most to your team.

What is a Star?
Each Partner tier includes a set number of stars for the academic year. You can “spend” your stars on a variety of Viterbi student engagement and recruiting activities, each assigned a star value (listed alongside each offering). Activities labeled as “included” require zero stars and are available to all Partners, regardless of tier.
