The USC Engineering How to Get Hired Series is a professional development program that connects USC engineering students with industry partners and alumni. Participating organizations lead workshops and provide industry-informed feedback on student resumes and interviewing skills, offering practical guidance on how to navigate the internship and job search process. As a participant, you’ll equip students with actionable strategies while building meaningful early connections with emerging talent. Every employer who presents a workshops receives a customized engineering student resume book.

Why attend the How to Get Hired Series?

Participation includes:
- Access to your own professional development workshop or interact with students during each daily signature activity.
- Network with students from different Viterbi engineering majors throughout the event.
