Add the Student Organization Mixer to your Viterbi Career Fair Registration!
Registration includes:
- Entry for up to 5 representatives
- Parking On-Campus at USC
- Passed appetizers and refreshments
- Electronic resume book of student attendees
*Please note that there will be no assigned tables for this event. Instead, there will be high-top tables, and attendees are encouraged to walk around and talk to different groups.
In addition to the Career Fair, employers have the option to add on any of the below activities:
Pricing:
- Regular For-Profit: $300
- Non-Profit/Government: $200
Registration fees are for the Student Organization Mixer only. Visit the Career Fair page for Career Fair registration costs.
Payments due by the event date.
You will receive a final invoice after your registration on Handshake has been approved. While we accept both credit card and check payments, credit card payments are preferred.

- Late payments will incur a $100 late processing fee.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date, in writing to vcareers@usc.edu. Refund is only issued after cancellation in writing has been received. Any cancellations less than 7 days before the event will be billed for the full registration fee. No-shows will also be billed.

- The Student Organization Mixer takes place the evening before the Viterbi Engineering Career Fair.

Employer Check-In:
- Check-in will begin at 4:30 pm at the entrance of Town & Gown
- Employers will receive name tags and a list of student organizations attending the mixer.
- Viterbi Career Connections staff will assist employers with any questions.
Parking:
- Downey Way Parking Structure

- Pre-paid parking spaces included per registration
- Upon arrival, check in at the kiosk and provide your parking reservation code.
- The attendant will provide you with a parking pass.
- Park in any open space not marked "reserved" and leave the parking pass on your dashboard.
*PLEASE NOTE: You may receive a parking citation for not adding your parking pass to your dashboard, parking over the lines, taking up more than one space, or parking in a reserved space

The Viterbi Student Organization and Mixer Student Demographics
The Student Organization Mixer will be hosted the evening before the Career Fair, on campus. Employers must be attending the Viterbi Career Fair to join the Student Organization Mixer. Student Organizations invited to the mixer include SWE, NSBE SHPE, QuEST, and more! See the full list of student organizations invited to the event:
On-Campus Event Protocols
The USC Viterbi Career Fair will be in-person outdoors at USC Viterbi. In addition to an outdoor event with adequate spacing, the below measures are in place to ensure the safety of all students, staff, and visitors:
USC has taken several significant actions to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, similar to steps the city of Los Angeles and other local municipalities have announced.
We follow the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health's guidelines.
