Format:

• Location - On-Campus: On-campus events will be located in Michelson Hall or Ronald Tutor Hall. You will receive an email and a calendar invitation outlining your specific location.
• Time: You will have 1 hour to demo your product and answer student questions. We encourage you to leave the bulk of your time to questions and engagement with the student attendees.
• Your Product: You are responsible for bringing your product to the location, setting it up, and removing it from the room. For those requiring internet, WIFI is available On-Campus through USC Guest Wireless.
• Questions & Answers: We advise you to allow plenty of time (at least 15 minutes) for students to ask questions and connect with you. We welcome you to stay to chat with students as long as you like, but After your allotted time has passed you may be asked to move your conversation outside.

Logistics:

After you register for your on-campus Demo:

• • We will email you the next steps with instructions and ask for any additional information.
  • Location - On-Campus: On-campus events will be located in Michelson Hall or Ronald Tutor Hall. A map to the building is below.
  • A parking permit code will be provided to you, a maximum of 2 cars are allowed per session. Provide the code to the parking attendant to receive your parking pass.
  • You'll receive a calendar invitation with the details of your talk and how to access the room you'll be presenting in. We recommend you share this with all presenters to have in their calendars.

On the date and time of your Demo:

• • • Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to allow for parking, walking, finding the room, and set up.
    • Enter USC campus at the Downey Way Entrance - Address: Enter off Vermont at 36th Pl
    • Provide the parking code to the parking attendant for the day to receive your parking pass.
      • If you do not get the parking pass to leave on your dashboard, you will get a ticket. Please only enter the Downey Way entrance  and check in using the code provided to you. 
    • Enter the parking garage on the right hand side after entering the Downey Way parking entrance to campus.
    • Check-in at your Demo location.

You will receive a final invoice after your registration on Handshake as been approved. While we accept both credit card and check payments, credit card payments are preferred.

*Late payments will incur a $100 late processing fee.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing to vcareers@usc.edu. Refund is only issued after cancellation in writing has been received*

*Any cancellations less than 1 week from the event date will be billed for the full registration fee.
