Ronald Tutor Hall 211
Host a Trojan Talk, presentation, or workshop in RTH 211, a classroom-style room with a 58-person capacity.
Equipped with one fabric screen projector and podium with microphone, audio, HDMI, and VGA connections. The rear of the room offers additional seating options. Two tables provided for check-in, swag, or catering.

Dean's Boardroom
Host a celebration dinner, resume review or evening event in Viterbi's Dean's Boardroom, offering 25- to 60-person capacity, depending on arrangement.
Equipped with one fabric screen projector and 2 LED rear monitors, visual touch panel control and podium with microphone audio, HDMI and VGA connections. Back alcove offers space for catering and additional seating.

Epstein Family Plaza (Outdoor)
Tabling in the Epstein Family Plaza provides maximum exposure to student traffic at the center of Viterbi's Engineering Quad. Use the space to host On-Campus interviews.
For both Trojan Talks & Interviews: Viterbi Career Connections provides one table and 2 chairs.
- Available for reservation: Monday - Friday between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm
- To request a Tabling Session: Log into Viterbi Career Gateway and go to Events > Information Sessions > Request Information Session > Write "Tabling Session" in the description of your request
Electronic Resume Book
Enjoy the ease of connecting with candidates with a targeted, position-specific e-resume book.
Resume books can be collected based on a particular position, program, group, or organization in general. Employers may specify student class level, major, and sponsorship requirements for the resume book. Must allow 2 weeks for resume collection and vetting per resume book requested.
- Available for request: During Fall 2021 semester
- Flat Fee: $250 per Resume Book

Virtual Trojan Talk
Host a virtual Trojan Talk on either the Viterbi Career Connections Zoom platform, or a platform of your choice! Engage with students from the comfort of your home or office, and build awareness of your organization and openings. Viterbi-specific Trojan Talks receive customized email and social media marketing from Viterbi Career Connections.

- Available for reservation: Monday - Friday throughout the day and evening to accommodate students and employers.

On-Campus Interview Rooms
Interview engineering students or host office hours right in Viterbi's Career Connections suite! Four interview rooms available.
Each room is equipped with one whiteboard, pens, and paper for notes and technical interviews. Viterbi Career Connections offers complimentary coffee, water, and tea to interviewers. Ronald Tutor Hall Cafe is available just down the stairs for additional drinks, snacks, and lunch.
- Available for reservation: Monday - Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm

Virtual Interviews
Interview current Viterbi students on the Viterbi Career Connections Zoom platform or a platform of your choice.
If you need help getting set up, review our Viterbi Best Practices Guide. We encourage you to host your interviews virtually via Zoom, WebEx, Teams, or other preferred platforms.
- Available for reservation: Monday - Friday at various times, to accommodate all students and employers.

SGM 101 Auditorium
Host an on-campus, in-person Trojan Talk (Information Session) in Viterbi's 163 -seat auditorium.
Equipped with one fabric screen projector and 2 LED rear monitors, visual touch panel control and built-in microphone, HDMI and VGA connections. One table provided for check-in, swag or catering.
- Available for reservation: Monday - Wednesday between 5:00 pm and 7:50 pm
- Reservation Fee: $250 - $400
