Growing Future Leaders (GFL) is a 10-week immersive summer internship program for students who want to experience the excitement and challenges of consulting at one of the world’s top firms.
Who can participate: The program is intended for college sophomores, class of 2027, interested in a career in management consulting who are Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, and/or Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native.
Timing: The internship program will begin summer 2025.
