REQUEST GUIDELINES

Viterbi Student Engagement & Career Connections can provide career and professional development presentations for your class or organization. These presentations can be incorporated into your class as part of the curriculum or an opportunity for students to learn about our services.

Presentations can also be utilized while you are away for a conference, have an unexpected illness, or any other reason you would like us to present.

Request Guidelines

1-2 Weeks Notice (preferred)

Complete and submit the presentation request form below with a minimum of one to two weeks’ advance notice. If you have a last minute request, complete the presentation request form and we will try to notify you as quickly as possible, if we are available.

Provide at least 30 minutes

All requests require a 30-minute minimum for each topic (except a 15-minute overview) and can be as long as 2 hours.

Audio Visual Equipment

The room to conduct your presentation must have audio and video equipment to display a PowerPoint or Prezi.

Custom Topics

Custom topic requests require a 3-4 weeks advanced notice prior to presentation date.
