Interns will work exclusively with the firm’s IP practice and gain hands-on experience in areas including:
• Patent portfolio development, drafting, and prosecution
• Meetings with inventors and analysis of technical disclosures
• Prior art searches, patent analysis, and technology research
• Patent litigation support and IP strategy initiatives
• Assignments tailored to each intern’s technical background
The Morgan Lewis IP Summer Internship is open to undergraduate and graduate students with a technology or life sciences background. IP summer interns will be hosted in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC.
