Microsoft AI Development Acceleration Program (MAIDAP) is currently hiring external Early in Profession AI talent to join their 9th cohort, starting July 2026! MAIDAP is a two-year, cohort-based rotational program designed to develop the next generation of AI leaders. Based in Cambridge, MA and Redmond, WA, MAIDAP hires top graduates and early-career professionals in Applied Science, Software Engineering, and Product Management to work on high-impact AI/ML projects with product teams across Microsoft.
