Motivo Engineering is hiring Associate Project Managers! They are especially interested in students and recent graduates of MS in Engineering Management and dual-degree programs. The role involves leading client-facing hardware projects, building cost and schedule estimates, and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, so it’s a natural next step for engineers moving into project management.
The role includes a Monday–Thursday 4/10 workweek, profit sharing, and a 401(k) match.
Hands-on team project experience, such as Formula SAE or Solar Car, is a real plus.
