Sophomore Women’s Program 

The Sophomore Women’s Program (SWP) is an immersion program for second-year college/university students consisting of a virtual session as well as in person programming and networking in the New York office throughout the month of January. Students eligible for this program must be currently studying at an accredited college/university expecting to graduate in the Class of 2027.

Applicants must have a desire to learn about financial services and an interest in starting a career in investment banking. Participants will gain an understanding of the industry as a whole and what a career at Rothschild & Co might be like. Program participants will have the opportunity to interview for the 2026 Global Advisory North America Summer Analyst Program upon successful completion of the Sophomore Women’s Program.

Eligibility: Sophomore women graduating in the winter of 2026 or spring of 2027

Process: Behavioral interview to join the program in December

Program details: Virtual and in-person events (networking, case studies, and technical skills tips & tricks) across the month of January.
