Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Year One Applications Are Now Open!
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) is now accepting applications for its Year One program across most offices, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Washington DC, and London, as well as for most disciplines.
Each year, SOM provides recent graduates with valuable resources, mentorship, and support to help them on their path to licensure or certification. As part of the program, participants will work on projects while connecting with mentors and colleagues from our interdisciplinary teams. The Year One program is open to 2025 graduates in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, structural engineering, and urban design.
Program Details:
- The Year One program is a full-time, paid, entry-level position designed for recent graduates with one year or less of work experience.
- Applications for the 2025 program are being accepted now and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Be sure to apply by May 31, 2025.
