Who: Victoria Hodgkins (CEO of PeopleKeep) on Business Strategy and Planning: Making these critical processes effective, efficient and inclusive.
What: This highly interactive session (come prepared to answer lots of questions) will examine elements of strategy and planning. We’ll also share best practices for getting the most out of these processes, which are as vital for start-ups as established companies.

Who: Elizabeth Reynolds (Program Director of Starburst Aerospace) on SCALE: The Building of an Accelerator
What: Elizabeth will introduce you to the Starburst accelerator program, what they’re building with SCALE, and why. She will briefly cover the state of the aerospace industry as they relate to Starburst’s program goals. She will dive into why Starburst chose LA as its home and explain how they support innovation (short and long term). Lastly, she will weigh in on who should join an accelerator, how teams should select one, and tackle how to get the most out of accelerator programs.
