As part of the BEL program, you’ll analyze genuine client situations and present your strategic solutions to leadership. This is your chance to step into the shoes of an Associate Consultant, experience the world of management consulting, and test-drive a career at Bain. The BEL program is specifically tailored for Black, Hispanic/Latin American, and Indigenous second-year students in a four-year program.
