Up Next & El Futuro: Up Next, sponsored by McKinsey’s Black and Indigenous networks & El Futuro, sponsored by our Hispanic & Latino network. Attendees sharpen their problem-solving and leadership skills while building connections within our diverse networks. An opportunity for first year students who are interested in and want to connect with members of McKinsey’s Black and Indigenous Network or McKinsey’s Hispanic & Latino network.
- For students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, attending a college or university in the U.S
Ignite: Sponsored by McKinsey’s Women, this program offers a half-day leadership development experience. Participants gain valuable insights into McKinsey’s culture through the perspectives of our women leaders, empowering them to enhance their leadership and professional skills through mentorship opportunities. Open to current first, second-, or third-year students, who want to connect with McKinsey Women.
- For students graduating between December 2024 and June 2027, attending a college or university in the U.S or Canada
LAUNCH: Sponsored by McKinsey’s Black Network, is a multi-day virtual leadership incubator for undergraduate leaders. It empowers participants, through problem-solving workshops and targeted sessions, to make a lasting impact on their campuses and communities. Open to current second-, or third-year students, who are interested in and want to connect with members of McKinsey’s Black Network.
- For students graduating between December 2024 and June 2026, attending a college or university in the U.S
To be considered for one of our programs you must indicate interest in the program(s) through the Connect with McKinsey form by March 15th. When completing Connect with McKinsey, you are encouraged to also complete the affinity interest form so that we can tailor your experience and engagement with McKinsey based on those interests.
