Northrop Grumman Future Technical Leaders Program is looking to identify and develop the next generations of innovators and leaders! This three-year program involves active engagement in diverse, impactful assignments across the enterprise. Participants expand credibility and visibility in each role, and broaden their understanding of our business to build an exciting career at Northrop Grumman.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A top MS or PhD graduate completing a degree in a STEM field
- Creative leader with innovative ideas
- Motivated to face challenges of varied rotation throughout the United States
- A US citizen, eligible to obtain security clearance
